AXSOM testing sessions contain a detailed assessment of an individuals physical abilities and qualities. When combined with a coaching package this information aids in designing specific programmes to help maximise training progress. Our profiling sessions may include detailed sprint profiling, jump/power profiling, strength testing (force/velocity profiling), repeat sprint testing (R.A.S.T/ Phosphate decrement testing), lactate threshold testing, body composition analysis and movement screening.

IS PROGRAMMING INCLUDED?
No, performance planning, programming & coaching are not included with an Athletic Profiling booking. However, these services are available as add-on’s at a discounted rate after testing.
